Life can present us with a myriad of challenges, from navigating complex relationships and coping with stress, to confronting past traumas and managing overwhelming emotions. These struggles are a natural part of the human experience. I offer a safe and supportive space to explore these experiences and embark on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth.
I'm a registered psychotherapist with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and a graduate member of the British Psychological Society.

Services
ONLINE - Online remote psychotherapy sessions offer a convenient, accessible, and cost-effective way to access mental health support. It eliminates geographical barriers and allows for more flexibility on appointment times.
IN PERSON - I have availability for in person session in a clinical room in St. Albans; Heath House, 156A Sandridge Road, AL1 4AP. The room has some parking facilities at the front of the building or there is additional parking on nearby residential streets.
Fees
Initially I offer a no fee 20 minute virtual or telephone consultation. This is a chance for us to talk more about the service and how I may be able to help.
After this, if you would like to proceed, we can arrange further psychotherapy sessions.
£50 - Per Session
10% Discount on block bookings of 10 sessions
Clinical sessions are 50 minutes in length
