Flexibility and comfort are essential for effective therapy, so I offer open-ended sessions, allowing you the freedom to conclude at any time.

 

We might start by talking about specifically what has brought you to counselling. Perhaps you are feeling some anxiety or depressive symptoms? Or maybe there are aspects of your past you would like to unpack and talk about. Wherever you are, I'll meet you there.

"I don't know where to start..."

Everyone is different. Some people come to therapy with lots to say, while others aren't sure where to start. Most of us our somewhere in between. Where ever you are, I'll meet you there with questions and reflections to get us on our way.
